E111 ALL OPERATIONS ARE CONDUCTED IN VFR WEATHER CONDITIONS, AND THE LANDING AREA IS LIMITED TO PRIVATE USE. THE TAKEOFF/LANDING AREA IS APPROPRIATELY MARKED. A NON-OBSTRUCTING WIND INDICATOR IS MAINTAINED ADJACENT TO THE TAKEOFF/LANDING AREA. LANDING AREA HAS BEEN (IS) CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ADVISORY CIRCULAR 150/5390-2B, HELIPORT DESIGN. ALL HELICOPTER INGRESS/EGRESS ROUTE OPERATIONS ARE CONDUCTED ON A ROUTE OF 360/180 DEGREES USING THE TOUCHDOWN PAD AS THE CINTER OF A COMPASS ROSE. ALL USERS ARE ADVISED OF THE INGRESS/EGRESS AND OTHER ISSUES FOR OPERATIONAL USE PRIOR TO LANDING AT THE HELIPORT. OPERATORS CONTACT AND MAINTAIN RADIO COMMUNICATION WITH ATLANTA APPROACH CONTROL AND MONITOR PERRY-HOUSTON COUNTY UNICOM FREQUENCY. CAUTION IS EXERCISED WHILE OPERATING TO/FROM HELIPORT DURING IFR WEATHER CONDITIONS AS TO THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE INSTRUMENT APPROACH PROCEDURES AT PERRY AIRPORT.
