NOTE: THE HELIPORT HAS A FRESH AIR INTAKE BY-PASS SYSTEM THAT NEEDS TO BE ACTIVATED BEFORE LANDING AND WHILE THE HELICOPTER IS RUNNING ON THE PAD. 088DEG/ 268DEG APPROACH/DEPARTURE PATH IS STEEPER THEN FAA 8:1 SLOPE. IT IS USABLE AT PILOT DISCRETION AND FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ASSURING THE HELICOPTER PERFORMANCE IS SUFFICIENT FOR THE USE OF THAT PATH. NOTE: THE MAGNETIC COMPASS READINGS ON THE HELIPORT SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR NAVIGATION; THE READINGS HAVE BEEN OFF BY SOME 100 DEGREES.
